Who we work for

Built for the properties you manage

Whether you manage a portfolio or own and run a single plaza, we walk the lot with you and price the work in plain language.

Plazas and retail

Plazas, storefronts, restaurants and gas stations where first impressions and safe traffic flow matter. We schedule around your hours to keep customers moving.

  • Phased work so the lot never fully closes
  • Durable mixes built for constant car and delivery traffic

Typical work: Commercial & Parking Lots · Commercial Concrete

Industrial and warehouses

Loading docks, truck yards and distribution centres that take a beating from heavy axle loads. We build the base and depth to handle it.

  • Heavy-duty asphalt depth engineered for truck loads
  • Proper grading and drainage for large yards
  • Catch-basin and curb repairs that keep water moving

Typical work: Commercial & Parking Lots · Commercial Concrete · Parking Lot Repair & Maintenance

Condominiums

Condo boards and multi-residential properties that need reliable budgets, clean communication and minimal disruption to residents.

  • Line-itemed quotes your board can approve with confidence
  • Resident notices and phased access maintained throughout

Typical work: Commercial & Parking Lots · Parking Lot Repair & Maintenance

Property management

Managers looking after several sites need one contractor who keeps every lot safe and the budget predictable. A small annual budget for crack sealing and patching routinely defers a full repave by a decade.

  • Multi-year maintenance plans that protect the asset
  • A recurring maintenance pass so your lots never reach the point of no return

Typical work: Parking Lot Repair & Maintenance · Commercial & Parking Lots

We also pave roads, schools, churches and public facilities to municipal and institutional specifications.

How Magnum works

From site walk to finished lot

01

Site walk

We come out, walk the lot with you and measure. We look at the base, the drainage and how traffic moves through the site.

02

Written quote

A line-itemed quote your owner or board can approve, with the repair-or-replace choice priced both ways where it applies.

03

Phased work

Large lots are paved in sections, so part of the site stays open while we work on the rest.

04

Off-hours if needed

We work nights and weekends for retail and industrial sites that can't shut down during business hours.

Papers on request

FAQ

Questions owners and property managers ask

Can you pave our lot without closing the business?
Yes. We phase large lots so part stays open while we pave the rest, and we routinely work nights and weekends for retail and industrial sites that can't shut down during business hours.
Our lot ponds water every spring. Does that mean repaving the whole thing?
Usually not. Ponding is almost always a grading and catch-basin problem rather than a surface problem, so the fix is correcting the low spots and the drainage instead of replacing the lot. We'll show you which one you're dealing with before you spend anything.
Should our loading area be concrete or asphalt?
Concrete, almost always. Asphalt deforms under a stationary trailer and under the turning loads at a dock face, which is why a lot usually starts failing there first.
Should we repair the lot or replace it?
If the base is sound and the damage is surface-level, repair and resurfacing are far cheaper and last years. If the asphalt is heaving or failing across the base, replacement is the better long-term value. We assess and tell you straight.
Does Magnum use its own crews?
Our own crews, every job. The team that quotes your project is the team that paves it.
