Dock aprons and loading areas, equipment and dumpster pads, entrance slabs at the point where trucks turn off the road: these are the spots that chew through asphalt in a couple of seasons, and they cost less to build once in concrete than to patch every spring.
Curbs and catch basins are drainage infrastructure first and curb appeal second. We pour and repair concrete curbs that channel water to where it should go, adjust catch-basin grades so they sit flush with new pavement, and rebuild the failing concrete edges that let lots deteriorate from the perimeter in.
Because we self-perform both asphalt and concrete, the two trades run on one schedule instead of two contractors pointing at each other. Pads, curbs, basins, walkways, and paving are sequenced so the site is finished clean, level, and draining properly — and phased so you stay open while we work.
